Ok, so I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted on here. I just thought I would throw out a quick promotion for a good friend of mine. Ok, I’m sitting here at work with around 8 days and 2 hours to go until I start the journey with my new job working from home. I’ll be working as an independent contractor with a network security consulting firm, Layer 3 Technologies, based out of Rochester, New York. It’s been a long road, with alot of interviews and discussions, with alot of different network security companies, but I feel that I have made the best choice for my immediate sales career. I will get a pretty good overview of all of the different types of technologies, including WAN Optimization, IPS, Anti Virus, etc. I can’t wait to dig in and roll up the sleeves again.

Everyone wants to know where I’ve been and what the heck happend to my blog. Well, here’s the skinny. Almost two months ago I had my surgery and have been recovering from that. Then my mother had eye surgery, which has been a big pain for her in general. One thing that she and I have in common is the lack of patience. Two weeks ago my grandmother passed away, the week after, my aunt Florence passed away. So if you want to know where I’ve been……….busy. That’s it, that’s all. I’ll be posting something next week to keep you all in the loop on what is going on. It will be either realllllly good or reallllly bad…….we’ll see.

So I returned to work today after 3 days out. The drugs definitely are helping me get through the day here. =)
I would like to say thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers. I sincerely know that it did help……at least knowing that there were that many people who cared.
On a side note in preview to an upcoming post, in which I will tell you all about ”Ebay Edgard”, (you know who you are), when this paypal thing is settled just wait to see what I write about you on this blog.
I could write about John Mayer and the newest thing he’s up to, I could write about Roger Clemens and the juice he’s into, I could bitch and moan about having to have surgery, or I could write about the crack smoking bitch who cut me off on the way into work this morning, but I won’t do that today.
Instead, I’m going to tell you all the little things about my wife that I love more than anything……
She puts up with my crap 24/7.
She works hard to keep up her figure.
She lets me play my playstation 3 as much as I want.
She takes care of the bills, financial crap, and almost all paperwork that comes through our house. (If the credit card company is listening, then you should understand that she is the only reason that you EVER recieve a bill on time.)
She does the dishes every night, and doesn’t freak out at me if I don’t help.
She’s a very loving mother to our little boy.
She reminds me to take my pills and of doctors appointments.
She puts me to bed and takes care of me if I get smashed after a Patriots game.
She likes to travel as much (if not more) than me.
She’s one tough polecat! (Please don’t beat my face in for writing this!!!) =)
She is my best friend, closest confidant, and the love of my life. I treasure her more than anything.
This picture is rather a pertinent object when referring to Amy Winehouse. The fact that she did so well on the Grammy’s (the academy is smoking crack as well) means absolutely nothing. What a no talent hacked up druggie!!!! This is what our children have to look forward to in future Grammy peformances???? NO, NO, NO!!!!!!
So, here’s the deal. I found out from the doctor that I have to go in for surgery on Tuesday the 19th. He thinks that I have a benign tumor in the maxillary sinus on the right side of my head. Whatever it is, he has shown me on the Catscan that it has eaten through the bone between my sinus and my nose. FUN!!!!
I hate the idea of surgery on any part of my head, in fact it scares me to death. No one will see that of course until that morning when I have to go in to have the surgery done. I refuse to show weakness.
At any rate, that’s what’s going on. Wish me luck.
1.- If OJ is guilty, then Juran Van der sloot sure as hell is!
2.- Yes, the Patriots SHOULD have won….drop it already.
3.- No Shawn, we won’t really miss you at Chameleon……even if you do have a love affair goin on with Obama.
4.- All this rain and snow shit should go far far away from New England for a while. I’m sure they need it somewhere a hell of alot more than we do.
5.- Supernanny ROCKS!
6.- If you own a gun, it doesn’t mean that you HAVE to go crazy and kill people.
7.- Roger Clemens is a druggie and hates little children….oh yeah…he kicks puppies too.
8.- Two things that are almost equivalent …sinus infections and John mayer in a full length speedo! It just aint right!!!!
9.- As per the usual, if I don’t know it’s broke, then I can’t very well fix it, now can I?
10. Chantix doesn’t make you suicidal, it makes you restless and nutty!!!!
So this makes 5 or 6 months now that I’ve been sick. Brings a whole new meaning to “sick in the head”. Two weeks ago I went to the ENT, (Ear,Nose,Throat specialist), who told me that I have something major wrong, but he’s not sure what. I’ve had x-ray’s and a ct scan, which proved that indeed there is something wrong. Turns out that both my frontal and maxillary sinuses are whited out on both tests. I don’t know exactly what that means, but I know it’s not good. He was extremely worried about the frontal sinus being whited out, due to the fact that behind that sinus structure is a thin bone, and behind that……my brain. I’m just hoping that this is some kind of allergy. That sure as hell would beat an infection. I doubt it though, everyone that I’ve seen seems to think that it’s infected.
Oh well, life goes on, and this is a good place to bitch about it.
